All proceeds from this Cook-Off, will benefit SJB Kid’s Halloween Street Event
For the past 3 years, Susana Alves has done a wonderful job, organizing
a place for kids to have fun on Halloween Night. In San Juan Bautista, a
portion of Third Street is blocked off and set up with all sorts of booths,
for the kids to enjoy. Store Merchants and local residents volunteer, to
help Susana make the event a successful one.

The 4th Annual Invitational Rib Cook-Off was held on October 11th, 2008. Daisy's "Cooking Crew" prepared
mouth watering ribs (using their own secret recipes). Served with the ribs, were a variety of homemade side
dishes, donated by our regulars and local residents. Again, family and friends pull off another wonderful event.
